PicPops is distributed as FREEWARE. You can use it freely. You can distribute it freely, as long as no modifications have been made to it, and the whole package is included.

Requirements
• Any Mac with a 68020 or greater processor, or any PowerMac.
• MacOS 7.5 or greater.
• QuickTime™ 3.0 or greater.
• At least 2 MB of free memory (preferably 4).
How to use it
Use this application to display pictures. You can open the following files: PICT, JPEG, TIFF and GIF.
To display a picture:
• Select the "Open Picture..." command from the "File" menu, or
• Select the "Open Picture..." menu from the contextual menu (Ctrl+click), or
• Drop a picture file into the main window, or
• Paste a picture if there is one in the clipboard.
When a picture is displayed, you can:
• Export it in any format supported by QuickTime (File -> Export As...)
• Print it (File -> Print...)
• Cut, Copy or Clear it (Edit menu)
• Drag it to the Finder to create a clipping (Click in the picture and drag to the Finder)
Drag-and-drop and contextual menus are fully supported. To display the contextual menu, Hold the "Control" key, and click anywhere in the window.
